You can request cancellation or changes within 24 hours of placing your order, before production begins. Contact us immediately at hello@stylezea.com with your order number. If we haven’t started cutting your leather, we can cancel for a full refund or make changes to your customization. After 24 hours, production has begun and your piece is being made specifically for you, so cancellation or changes are no longer possible.
