Production and dispatch
Every StyleZea piece is made to order. Production normally takes four business days before quality checks, packing and dispatch.
When your order ships, we send a confirmation email with its courier and tracking number.
Delivery times
International delivery generally takes three to six business days after production. The complete order-to-delivery journey is normally seven to ten business days, although customs clearance and remote destinations can take longer.
Couriers and addresses
We use tracked services such as DHL, FedEx and UPS. A complete physical street address and telephone number are required. We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes or military APO/FPO addresses.
Shipping charges
Shipping is calculated from the delivery destination and displayed at checkout. Orders over $500 qualify for free standard shipping where available.
Customs and import charges
Customs duties, import taxes and local clearance fees are determined by the destination country and are the recipient’s responsibility. They are not included in product or shipping prices.
Lost or damaged parcels
Contact [email protected] promptly if tracking stops updating or a parcel arrives damaged. Keep the packaging and include photographs of the parcel and item so we can open a courier claim and arrange the appropriate remedy.
