If you ordered custom measurements and we made your piece exactly to your provided specifications but it doesn’t fit as expected, we cannot offer a refund since the item was made correctly. However, we do offer one free alteration within 60 days. You pay shipping both ways, but we’ll adjust sleeve length, body length, or waist (up to 2 inches in any direction) at no charge. This ensures you end up with perfect fit even if initial measurements weren’t exact.
