1. General Information
StyleZea is a made-to-order leather apparel brand based in Sialkot, Pakistan. Every item we make is crafted individually for each customer. When you place an order, you agree that your product will be made specifically for you and that production begins once payment is received.
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Changes will appear on this page, and continued use of the website after updates means you accept the revised terms.
2. Ordering and Payment
All orders are placed directly through our website. Payment is required in full at the time of purchase so our craftsmen can begin production immediately. We accept major credit and debit cards as well as PayPal for secure transactions.
Every order confirmation is sent by email. If you do not receive one within twenty-four hours, please contact hello@stylezea.com for assistance.
3. Made-to-Order Production
Each jacket or garment is crafted on demand. We do not keep inventory. Once you confirm your order, production begins within twenty-four hours and cannot be cancelled or changed after that point.
The process includes selection of your leather, cutting, stitching, hardware installation, quality check, and packaging. You will receive photo updates throughout the process so you can see your item being made by hand in our Sialkot workshop.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We ship worldwide using trusted couriers such as DHL, FedEx, and UPS. Delivery usually takes seven to ten business days after production is complete. Delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs clearance.
Customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and any fees charged by their local authorities. These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices.
A complete and valid street address is required. We cannot deliver to post office boxes or military addresses.
5. Return and Refund Policy
Our return window is thirty days from delivery. Items must be unworn and returned with all tags and original packaging. Returns require prior authorization by emailing hello@stylezea.com. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
If the return is due to a personal preference or incorrect standard size, the customer pays return shipping and a ten percent restocking fee applies. If the issue is due to a defect or mistake from our side, we cover all costs and remake or replace your item free of charge.
6. Custom Measurements and Alterations
Custom measurement items are made exactly to the dimensions you provide. Because of this, they are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. However, we offer one free alteration within sixty days of delivery for size adjustments up to two inches. The customer pays shipping both ways for this service.
7. Product Descriptions and Accuracy
We take great care to ensure that product information, colors, and materials are described accurately. However, slight variations may occur due to natural differences in leather grain and color under different lighting. These are not considered defects but signs of genuine craftsmanship.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the StyleZea website—including text, photos, videos, and graphics—is the property of StyleZea. It cannot be copied, distributed, or reproduced in any form without written permission.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Personal information collected through our website is used solely to process orders, send production updates, and deliver your items. We never sell or share your data with third parties. For more information, please review our Privacy Policy.
10. Limitation of Liability
StyleZea is not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier service issues, or incorrect address details provided by the customer. While we take every precaution to ensure safe and timely delivery, we cannot control external shipping factors.
Our liability is limited to the value of the item purchased. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
11. Lifetime Craftsmanship Guarantee
Every product comes with a lifetime guarantee against manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear, scratches, or color changes that develop naturally over time. These are part of the beauty of full-grain leather and reflect its authenticity.
If you ever experience a defect in stitching, hardware, or craftsmanship, contact us and we will repair or replace it free of charge.
12. Governing Law
All transactions and agreements with StyleZea are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be handled through local courts in Sialkot.
