At StyleZea, every piece is made specifically for the person who orders it. Your jacket does not exist until you design it. Because of this made-to-order model, we handle returns and refunds with clear fairness and full transparency.
30-Day Return Window
We accept returns within thirty days of delivery. To qualify, the item must be unworn beyond trying it on, with all original tags attached and packaging in good condition. We believe in honest craftsmanship, so returned items must be in the same condition as delivered.
How to Start a Return
Send an email to hello@stylezea.com with your order number and reason for return. Our support team will guide you through the steps and provide a Return Authorization number before you ship anything back. Items sent without this authorization cannot be accepted for processing.
When You Pay for Return Shipping
If you are returning a product because of personal preference, fit issue with a standard size, or design change of mind, you will be responsible for return shipping to our Sialkot workshop. In these cases, a ten percent restocking fee will be deducted from your refund, and original shipping costs are non-refundable.
When We Cover the Return
If the issue is due to a manufacturing defect or error from our side, we take full responsibility. You will receive a prepaid return label, and we will repair, remake, or replace your item at no cost. We cover all shipping fees in such cases.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within seven business days. It will be credited back to your original method of payment. We will notify you by email once the process is complete.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom measurement jackets or garments made exactly to your provided measurements cannot be refunded. Since they are crafted to your unique specifications, they cannot be resold or repurposed. However, we offer one free alteration within sixty days of delivery for minor adjustments up to two inches. Customers pay the shipping both ways for this service.
Lifetime Craftsmanship Guarantee
Every StyleZea piece is built to last. If your leather shows a manufacturing defect at any point in its life, we will repair it free of charge. Wear and patina over time are natural signs of real full-grain leather and not considered defects. This guarantee stands as proof of our craftsmen’s dedication to quality.
